Service Description

Investment Fee of 22.00 will be applied to package if booked. A client consultation for a photoshoot is an important step in making sure the session goes smoothly and that we are on the same page. During the consultation we will plan to accomplish the following: 1. Introduction & Building Rapport Discuss your vision, ideas, and expectations for the photoshoot. It's important to create a comfortable atmosphere to help the client feel at ease. We will discuss your past experience with photoshoots and preferences regarding your style and approach. 2. Clarifying the Purpose of the Shoot We will discuss the specific reason for the photoshoot (e.g., family portraits, business headshots, graduation, maternity, engagement photos, etc.). Understanding your purpose will help tailor the creative direction and style to meet your needs. 3. Discussing the Style & Aesthetic Determine the style you want (e.g., formal, casual, natural, editorial, high-fashion, etc.). We will discuss mood and aesthetic preferences. Do they want bright and airy photos, dark and moody, or something else? We can discuss example photos together (Pinterest boards, magazines, portfolio, Instagram and TikTok) to ensure you are on the same page regarding your vision. 4. Location and Set Design Decide on the location(s) for the shoot. Will it be indoors or outdoors? If it’s a studio shoot, are there specific props or backdrop you envision? We will discuss practical details like permits, travel, or other logistics if the shoot is on-location. 5. Wardrobe and Styling Do you need help choosing your outfits or accessories that align with the shoot’s style? We can offer guidance on what to wear. Let's discuss clothing option and whether they’ll need professional hair and makeup artists. 6. Duration & Scheduling We will discuss how long a typical photoshoot will last, depending on your package selection. Is it a quick session or an all-day event? Let's also confirm a date and time. 7. Client Expectations and Deliverables We will clarify how many proofs and final images you can expect and when/how they’ll receive them. Discuss options for prints or albums if applicable. Confirm the post-processing timeline and any retouching that may be required. 8. Budget and Payment Details Review the pricing structure, including session fees, prints, or digital image packages. Make sure both parties are clear on any deposits required, final payments, and payment methods.
